Background
Sea Edge is an award winning and nationally recognised home situated on the south Cornish coastline. Built in 2017, the property consists of three large sea view bedrooms, a movie room, a large kitchen and dinning area, a spacious living area, entertaining patio and hot tub.
Simon Annear Plumbing and Heating works included (but were not limited to) the design, installation and commissioning of a bespoke underfloor heating system and a Vaillant air source heat pump. Great care was to taken to ensure the timely delivery of each key project milestone.
