Simon Annear Plumbing & Heating installed a Ground source heating system, plumbing and heating throughout. This wasn’t an ordinary project; it was the restoration of a beautiful period home first built in the 1800’s, however, we have worked on many jobs of this description over the years, all over Cornwall and have gained the necessary experience to deliver the best installation for our client. We also installed an underfloor heating system consisting of 1600m of maincor pipe installed at 150mm centres and 100mm centres in the bathrooms and around the windows.
