This project consisted of the conversion and extension of an 18th Century Watermill into a luxury, high specification family home. Attention to detail was key to the success of this project, assuring that the blend of contemporary design within a traditional building met our clients needs. The heating system was underfloor heating on the ground floor and column radiators upstairs, powered by an 11KW Flexotherm Vaillant ground source heat pump, using pondmatt collectors to extract heat from the back garden pond.
