Today marks the first day in our 14th year of trading. Therefore we thought that sharing a little bit about our history was necessary…

Born in 2007, our goal was to set a new standard for plumbing and heating works in Cornwall. Over the last 13 years we believe that we have done justice to this, by adding an electrical department to our business and successfully serving thousands of customers across the county. The experience and knowledge that we have picked up along the way is invaluable when it comes to providing the very best service to our customers.

What have we learnt over the last 14 years?

We’ve had our ups and downs, most notably surviving the financial crisis of 2008 in our second year of trading, the ability to learn and adapt quickly to our situation got us through it and has made us into the organised and efficient firm that we are today. Since then we have thrived by focusing on customer service and offering our customers a diverse range of services from Underfloor heating to Air Source Heat Pumps, along side traditional plumbing and heating works.
